July 18–19 | Hidden Timber Gardens
Bloomfest is an annual garden celebration featuring blooming daylilies, perennial gardens, a U-Cut Flower Garden, food, live music, and local vendors.
This application is for artisan, maker, grower, food, and art vendors interested in participating in Bloomfest 2026.

Bloomfest attendees will explore our beautiful daylily and perennial gardens, purchase freshly dug daylilies, and create custom bouquets from our U-Cut Flower Garden. The weekend also includes door prizes, raffle drawings, food vendors, and a relaxed garden-inspired atmosphere.

Approved vendors will be included in event promotion on our website and social media. Vendors with a Facebook business page are also be invited to co-host the event on Facebook.
🛍️ Merchandise Requirements
Merchandise must fall within one of the following categories and be approved by Hidden Timber Gardens:

Handmade or homemade goods

Locally grown produce

Food items

Art

Repurposed items
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to offer a diverse mix of vendors and may limit duplicate products.

Electricity, Water & Weather

Electricity and/or water access is limited and must be requested on the application

Hoses will be provided if water access is approved

Vendors must supply their own extension cords

This is a rain-or-shine event

Pop-up tents are strongly recommended
🤝 Vendor Commitment
(Please Read Before Applying)
While there is no fee to participate in Bloomfest, vendor participation is a commitment. We put significant time and effort into planning this event. If you are unable to attend after being approved, please notify us as soon as possible so the space may be offered to another vendor. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows negatively impact the event.
