Itoh peonies are a cross between a herbaceous and a Tree Peony (aka Intersectional Peonies), a horticultural feat that has proved very difficult to accomplish. ‘Scarlet Heaven’ has large 7-9″ lightly fragrant, single dark red flowers with golden centers. Mid-late bloomer.
