Duke Blueberry
An early-season blueberry prized for its heavy crops of large, firm berries with a sweet, slightly tangy flavor. Clusters of white spring flowers give way to light blue fruit that ripens early in the summer, making it one of the first blueberries ready for harvest. In fall, the foliage turns warm shades of yellow and orange, adding seasonal interest to the garden.
Hardiness Zone 4–7. Grows about 4–6 feet tall and 4–6 feet wide. Performs best in full sun with acidic, well-drained soil kept consistently moist. This cold-hardy blueberry is self-pollinating but produces larger harvests when planted with other blueberry varieties.
